Artezen Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at the Artezen! It was our first time staying in the Financial District. So many places eat nearby and sights to see, like the 9/11 Memorial, the Staten Island Ferry, Wall Street. But them then the subway lines are so close you can be anywhere in minutes. The room was so quiet and the bed was super comfy with soft sheets. Nice touch to have water and nespresso pods replenished every morning. And all the staff were amazing! I want to give a special shout out to Christian and Daniel for their kindness and helpfulness. We now have a favorite place to stay in New York City, and we’ve already been telling our friends to stay there!

Good size room for NY. Still a bit small for a family but we managed, Manhattan does not offer many other options for that price range. No hidden fees or surprise charges, a very hard thing to find in that city. Very attentive and polite staff. Clean room and comfortable big beds. Location might seem far from all the tourist spots but you have a lot to see at walking distance and the metro takes you easily everywhere else. On the plus side the location is much less noisy at night than busier areas.

The recent stay (3 nights) at The Artezen was exceptional, largely due to the dedicated and welcoming staff. A sense of genuine care and attention was felt from the moment of check-in. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, exceeding expectations. A special big shout out to Daniel for all his help. He was personable, genuine, and made my family feel well-taken care of. Overall, the staff at The Artezen created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their friendly and professional demeanor, along with their willingness to anticipate needs and address any concerns, made the stay truly memorable. It's highly recommended to stay at The Artezen for anyone seeking a hotel with exceptional staff service that truly goes above and beyond.
