Our stay in the Arthotel ANA was a great experience. Our BMW Club, ///MFlight reserved about 15 rooms for the 4th of July weekend. Check-in was swift and smooth. The breakfast staff were friendly and nice! I would also like to highlight their reception team! Many thanks to Hulusi, Maria, Ari and Heidi! We will definitely return for another stay!
Fab hotel. We are staying for BMW museum - perfect location, only a short walk to BMW. Hotel allowed us to check in early at 10:30am, and very friendly and helpful staff. Also, the breakfast has a wide range of choice from cooked food, cereal, fruit, pastry, coffee & juice. Would highly recommended staying here
Hidden up a ramp in the middle of a big car park, this is a strange but functional hotel. The public areas are small. The reception desk is also the bar. But the staff are generally helpful and friendly. The rooms don't quite live up to the photos and descriptions. If my room was "superior" I would not like to see the inferior rooms. My double room was a twin. The bathroom was too small for a bath and the shower over it did as good a job of washing the floor as washing me. There are some nice things in the rooms like elegant desk lamps but they take up all the space on the desk, especially since this is also where the coffee machine lives. Unless you are a real fan of high-rise concrete architecture, or need to be near the Olympic park, I'm not sure why you stay here. It's 35 minutes from the airport (when you're driver can find the hotel) and 20 minutes from the city. It's not a bad hotel but it's not good enough to make you want to stay here.
