It's a small hotel with parking which was full most of the time so we had to park at the opposite side of the road at a parking that was owned by another business. Ski area is big enough. Lobby is not big and not what you expect from a 4 star hotel and fills up really easy from the residents. Overall not bad experience but not the standard 4 star hotel that you would expect.

The room facilities are average, the advantage is that the breakfast is delicious It's a convenient place if you don't drive.

We stayed at Art Hotel Anterleges and were disappointed. The staff — especially at reception — were completely unhelpful in any language and seemed uninterested in assisting with anything. Although they advertise an included shuttle, they repeatedly refused to pick us up, and when they finally did, we had to wait forever. The shuttle is a joke: one bus for 50 people, always overcrowded — you’re much better off using public buses. If you’re coming with children, be warned: supper and breakfast are served late, and the staff are absolutely unwilling to adjust anything or offer solutions. The hotel’s location is not ideal either. Realisticky 20min from first lift. Plus, if you’re hoping for an early start to the slopes or cross-country skiing — forget it. They don’t allow access to ski equipment before 7 AM, and they don’t bother to tell you this in advance. To be fair food was very good. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.
