I’m pretty sure this is the best hotel in the world

Amazing hotel. Artsy at heart. Nicely designed rooms. Great location.

The hotel is actually a 15th-century patrician residence (as you enter, you'll notice the date 1642 on the entrance portal). It has been meticulously renovated and preserved, transforming it into a 4-star art hotel, close to the Rienza River and the historic center. Inside, there are several rooms spread between the ground floor, where the reception is located, and the first floor, where we stayed (room 9). There's also a wine cellar, a sauna, and a bar area with tea, coffee, fruit, and cake available for guests. Our room had a spacious bathroom with a much-appreciated whirlpool tub, a large shower, and excellent toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and the wardrobe with a safe, a minibar, and a desk/TV corner completed a relaxing stay. Fans also cooled down one of the hot nights of this scorching summer. The two young women welcomed us very professionally, providing directions and recommendations for exploring the city and the hotel's amenities. The hotel's meticulous cleanliness and attention to detail demonstrate thoughtfulness and good taste. The excellent sweet and savory breakfast is served at the nearby Viertel bar at the Boutique Hotel Badhaus, where a welcome drink is also offered. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city, allowing you to forget about your car. Parking is available (€25/day) at the Viertel garage, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Rates, depending on the season and any discounts, range between €190 and €260 per night for a double room, including breakfast. An excellent experience. This hotel is highly recommended, and we plan to return in the near future.
