Fantastic hotel with great service. I was attended to by Juan and he was great and professional, I also interacted with Daisy during my stay. They have a fridge with complementary soda’s and they stock Sandwiches and fruits so I didn’t need to order all the time. I recommend this 100%
We stayed here for the Madrid marathon and had a great experience (the hotel offers a special package for this event). The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but there are plenty of public transport options.
I was here for a business trip. Super satisfied with the hotel. Friendly service always available. Rooms we clean good. I liked especially the free coffee, snacks and drinks included for all guests.
