Artim Hotel

The room is clean, but the showerhead is a bit broken. It is not easy to fix the shower head into a good position. The service is only the basics, while they do have daily cleaning, they don’t do much beyond that. Indeed, there is no kettle in the room, nor the basic tea and coffee that should be standard in regard of their “four star” self-appellation. What’s more, if you would like to have some breakfast cereal in room, you’d have to physically go to their restaurant to pick up bowls and cutleries. Once you finish that, they don’t do much in regard to your cutleries. You’d have to clean them yourself. As a consequence of the absence of kettle, our only source of drinking warm water is from their restaurant. Yet they’d ask for extra charges if you ask for tea. In general, while the hotel is liveable, their service is not on par with their four star branding.

The worst service and experience ever! Our original hotel in Berlin was overbooked, so we were moved to this one. When we arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude and insisted that breakfast was not included in our booking. She made us pay extra for it and only after I called our agent to complain did she refund the money, her attitude was unacceptable throughout the process. The room itself was very basic. We had booked a triple room, but what we got was a double room with a sofa bed as the third bed. Overall, a really disappointing experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Hotel needs major upgrade. Unfortunately I checked out hours after checking in. Found a much nicer hotel and lost out on my $$ as they did not refund. The pics does not match the the actual hotel.
