Great place. Wish the bowling alley and football tables were working. Apart from that always a pleasure to stay.

Stayed in the guests rooms. Overall - very pleased with the rooms: comfortable beds, clean linen, air conditioning, tvs in both rooms, lots of towels and toiletries for each guest, kitchen well equipped and of course we could use spa and the swimming pool. Unfortunately rooms weren't perfectly clean - spiders and spider cobs could be found in every corner, especially under the beds along with lots of dust. Another drawback was poor choice of entertainment in the hotel club as one of the bowling lanes was not working, so was the dart machine. On the other hand there was an impressive selection of breakfast. Apart from that every time I visited Artis Hotel the staff was very welcoming and very helpful. The last but not least the hotel has lots to offer for kids : a kids room with plenty of toys and small soft play, playground with a plane slide and a small 'pool 'for kids only, situated right next to the swimming pool.

Let me start with the pros: - good location, easy access to the city center - the facility's infrastructure, many amenities for families with children - truly delicious breakfasts. I've eaten buffet breakfasts in many places and haven't found any better than at Artus - very friendly service A big minus is the pool being closed for most of our stay, which no one informed us about. An equally big minus is the cleanliness of the rooms and the general condition of some amenities. The playground is very interesting, but quite neglected. Everything seems fine, but the room with access to the terrace, which is entirely overgrown with grass, is unmowed and unweeded. There's dirt in the corners of the room, and the shower is not very clean. In my opinion, this significantly impacts the overall experience.
