art'otel Cologne powered by Radisson Hotels

Very friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Comfy beds. Location was a bit unfortunate because all my activities took place on the other side of the river. But still worth the money.

We had a great stay at the art’otel in Cologne! The location is perfect—right by the river and close to all the major sights, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The only small issue was the parking. Although there’s a garage directly underneath the hotel, it’s run by a separate company, so it’s not connected to the hotel itself. Because of that, we ended up parking on the street. It wasn’t a big deal, just something to be aware of. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

If 0 is an option I would have done it... After making a late night booking and thought it was for the next day, I made an honest mistake and was still for the night... I immediately recognized the mistake and wanted to change or cancel it... First it sounded like they are willing to help but it seems on a short notice they rather hide behind policies... Which is fine, I hope they are happy with it... but my trust in this brand is definitely gone... Think twice is the answer here as well take your business elsewhere... I expected a generic answer to the policies. However, in 25+ years of Travel i had may be once or twice a honest mistake and the Hotels where very helpful in changing (adjusting)it... I even tried to contact ASAP within a few minutes of the mistake to get help... And not sure who's pockets the Money goes but it left definitely a sour note to my other party
