Artotel Gelora Senayan Jakarta

i stayed at Artotel Gelora Senayan for two nights for JHOPE Concert. actually i was kind of underestimate at first knowing it used to be old hotel C* but knowing it is now ARTOTEL i chose this. the location is great, walking distance to GBK through Hutan Kota by Plataran, the room is spacious and bright and the staffs are nice . the ambience of old building is still there, hopefully they will manage to get rid off it (the smell of old carpet outside the room to be exact) we were kind of confuse due to lack of room phone and it was our fault not reading their welcome letter. there is a WhatsApp number that connect to staff 24 hour and really helpful. their breakfast was filled with choices of many local and western food. you should try their korean garlic bread at their coffee shop , so good not too soggy nor salty or sweet but you can taste the yummy cream cheese and garlic almost like the one in euljiro bake shop most of all , getting food was easy with apps or just walking to the mall FX , Plaza senayan keep up the good place nice staff thank you

recently stayed at Artotel Senayan and overall had a pleasant experience, though there are some areas that could use improvement. The hotel itself is quite old, and you can tell from some of the furnishings and overall condition. However, it still manages to feel comfortable and cozy, which made my stay enjoyable. The staff were helpful and responsive throughout. One issue I had was with the noise in my initial room, it was extremely loud, making it hard to relax. Thankfully, the staff were quick to assist, and I was able to move to a quieter room without much hassle. I really appreciated how smooth and easy that process was. That said, I think the hotel could benefit from a few upgrades, especially when it comes to in-room amenities. The TV in particular felt outdated and was difficult to use. For a hotel that aims to appeal to modern travelers, better tech would make a big difference. In summary, Artotel Senayan offers a comfortable stay with good service, but a bit of modernization, especially in the rooms, would make it even better.

This hotel gives you a great service and a nice spacious room. Although it’s still filled with some old interiors from the previous Century Hotel, they tried to rejuvenate some of the furnitures into more neo-classical style. You’ll also get a spacious parking lot, yet it’s accessible to visit nearby shopping centres. You’ll get a 24/7 security that makes us secure when enjoying your night time. Unfortunately, it’s a shame that they have this some sort of ‘event reherseal’ on your bedtime, which I believe is very unpleasant for guests. You may do that under some conditions where you give a further notice, arrange it at your lounge/ballroom that’s far from the guest’s room, or before the evening where people get some rest. I believe they rarely held this event, but I hope they could evaluate such incident that should have been avoided.
