We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. Room was spacious and modern, very clean. Came with a very very large TV in the room which was ideal for us as we wanted to chill a lot in the room outside of planned activities. So the modern setup and facilities in the hotel were perfect! Room service is pricey but in line with other hotels. Overall was a great stay and would go there again!

Although our check-in process took longer than expected, Shawn ensured we were well taken care of from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out. He consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our visit, Shawn regularly checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied and promptly addressed any concerns we had. He was incredibly helpful in arranging our spa appointments, assisting with transportation to the airport, and offering excellent restaurant recommendations. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression on us and truly elevated our experience at your hotel. Best hotel we have stayed at in the UK. Catered for the kids, spectacular rooms and view. EVERY staff member was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. And then received a little unexpected bonus from the manager as shown in the pic. Can't recommend highly enough.
