ARTOTEL Suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta

I stayed at Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites for a week. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated on a main road and close to public transportation. Booked the Studio Artsy room—spacious, clean, and featuring a modern luxury design. The AC was cool, the bed was comfortable, and generously sized. The room amenities were complete, including free refillable drinking water, and everything worked perfectly. The bathroom was clean, odor-free, and fully equipped with toiletries, a bathtub, and hot water. The hotel staff and room service were also very friendly. The only minor downsides were during room cleaning, where sometimes the bath soap and shampoo weren’t refilled. Additionally, the surrounding streets can get quite congested. Overall, this hotel truly delivers a 5-star experience, and I highly recommend staying here again!

2nd time staying here and feel so nice to be back. Room is always clean. Facilities work well. 0 complain. The employees taking their job seriously and i can feel the sincerity from them. They treat my plushies as a baby and putting them in a very comfy places even under the blanket. Very demure~ The breakfast is always my favorite, food selections are huge, everything served fresh and makes me never want to skip it! The staff and service are beyond excellent! Special thanks to Manda - GRO who make sure that i'm valued as a guest!

This is an old hotel, service is good, staffs are really attentive but the biggest problem is hygiene issue. The bath towels and other towels had very bad pee smell, told to change them but another set of towels came with same bad pee smell. Towels look pretty old and yellowish. How can the guest use pee smell towel since paid upfront for your hotel booking?? I think seriously your management need to use the towels and understanding the reality. In fact you guys made my stay terrible for this reason, I went to another hotel and shower once again make sure to get rid of the pee smell. I can't trust your hotel hygiene level including food and plates. No more staying at your hotel, enough for one time.
