A Truly Comfortable and Productive Stay! My recent 3-night, 4-day stay at Artotel TS Suites was absolutely fantastic, and I couldn't be more pleased. From the moment I checked in, I felt incredibly welcome. The room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. This was especially appreciated during my first two nights, as I didn't leave the hotel at all. I had to study for an exam, and the comfortable, expansive room provided the perfect environment to focus without feeling cooped up. It was clear that comfort was a priority, and I genuinely appreciated the generous layout that made it easy to spend full days indoors. Beyond the comfortable accommodations, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Honestly, the four days and three nights flew by because I felt so incredibly comfortable and at ease. It truly felt like a home away from home, even with the added pressure of my studies. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience, whether for leisure or a productive work/study trip. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
One of my go to hotel. Love the view at night and also very comfy. Also you get a bathtub with a cheap price. My most favorite aspect of this hotel is the in room dining. Not too expensive and delicous. A must try. Also the staff is very helpful, I asked if the food can be reheat because there is some left over. And they really heat the food for me.
This is my second time staying here because I really enjoyed my first experience (Only for 1 night). For this visit, I booked a 3 night stay. I have no issues with the staff, they were friendly and quite helpful. However, I do have concerns regarding the cleanliness and facilities. I’ve attached a picture of our bed to show the condition, there were many red stains that looked like blood, and the pillowcases had visible mold. Honestly, is this acceptable in a hotel? It definitely doesn’t reflect the standards of a 4-star property. Even after I requested housekeeping on the third night, I was still given the same pillowcases with visible mold. It makes me question whether they are truly cleaning the room properly and replacing all the bed linens. Also, after the room was made up, the bathroom soap was not refilled :(. The room walls also had mold and clearly need repainting. The bathtub made creaking noises, as if it was unstable, and some items in the room were dusty. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the cleanliness and overall quality of the rooms.
