the location is absolutely perfect 📍. The room itself is fantastic, Plus, it's incredibly clean, which is always a huge win in my book 💯. I'm so happy with my choice, and I can't wait to make the most of my stay here. It's the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend, and rooms are better than described or shown in photos Also, it's great for families if you are from GCC

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and had a great experience. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and always friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect right in Sesli, Istanbul making it easy to get around and explore the city. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul

When I received the room, the smell of the bathroom was overwhelming due to a problem in the bathroom and the sheets were dirty. I contacted the reception because I booked a room with a view of the area and my view was bad. When I contacted, the employee told me that he could not do anything and that I should contact the manager tomorrow. He kept saying, “What do you want me to do? Wait until tomorrow.” Also, I pressed the “Do Not Disturb” button and in the morning the maid came to my room and was knocking on the door ignoring the “Do Not Disturb” button. The room was extremely dirty and the water heater as well. I was unable to use anything related to the hotel because I lost confidence in their cleanliness. I also found a poster of previous guests on the wall that had not been cleaned.
