Arts Hotel Istanbul Taksim

Loved the hotel! Perfect location and overall a great experience. The only downside was the breakfast there were no name tags on the food, so it was hard to know what we were eating. Apart from that, everything else was really good.

5/10 Among the hotel facilities are a gym and a swimming pool, which is great. However, it’s unfortunate that children are not allowed to use the pool or enter the gym. A swimming pool is an essential and enjoyable feature for children in most hotels. It would have been better to allocate specific times or a section of the pool for them to enjoy. The same goes for the gym—perhaps considering family-friendly access or alternatives would enhance the experience. Wafa mohammed

Terrible experience — avoid this hotel One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The breakfast was absolutely unacceptable — barely any options, cold, and low-quality food. The staff were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and clearly not trained in basic hospitality. Zero respect for guests. I strongly advise against staying here. Save your money and go elsewhere.
