Arts Hotel Porto Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I have stayed in many hotels similar to this one in Europe, and I gave this hotel 5 stars based on the comfort of our room, the location (quiet neighborhood and within easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, etc), and the really amazing and friendly staff. The staff really made our stay enjoyable! They were always responsive and helpful. Our room had a small balcony that overlooks the pool, and it was really enjoyable to be able to sit outside. The air conditioning worked well, which was great on the hotter days here. We had reliable and acceptably fast WiFi. The morning breakfast was fairly basic, but we had plenty of choices and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and we considered it a great value for a hotel in Porto.

I had a great stay at Arts Hotel Porto. The breakfast options were excellent, offering both English and European styles, which catered to different tastes. The rooms were clean, equipped with air conditioning, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is reasonably priced and located in a perfect spot for exploring Porto. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Appreciate the use of small space and decoration from local artists. However, the room is quite small and the lack of privacy in the bathroom is quite difficult. There’s not a lot of air movement in the room. Not the best sleep we’ve had. The outdoor swimming pool is under construction and hard to get to. Other than that, the location is great! close to a laundry service and a grocery store. Breakfast is very nice; good selection.
