Absolutely loved our time at the beach in Arts Hotel Bodrum Yalikavak! The atmosphere, the setting, and the service were all top-notch. And the kids had an incredible time at the pool :) Special thanks to Mr. Sahan and his amazing team for making us feel so welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. Their hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I booked this hotel three weeks ago and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been incredibly disappointing. From the beginning, communication has been poor — delayed responses, unhelpful answers, and a general lack of professionalism that made me uncomfortable with going ahead with my stay. Due to these ongoing issues, I decided to cancel and requested a refund well in advance. However, the hotel has refused to refund me, despite the fact that I no longer feel comfortable staying there because of how I’ve been treated. I’m left feeling frustrated and ignored, and I would strongly urge future guests to be cautious when booking here, especially if customer service and transparency are important to you.
