Everything was perfect and in his place . Really thanks and happy to found it a new place in Rome . Simply perfect , daily cleaning and the staff was extremely helpful. Thanks
Had a great time in Rome, part of it was because we had a great stay in Arts and Room, we had a really late check in because our plane arrived at 2:30am and they made it super easy for us to go in our room because of the digital entrance, the room And bathroom was super clean and it had a great location next to the Vatican City and really close to the metro station. Definitely will make a reservation again!!
Do yourself a favour and stay away - Alberto changed our check-in place upon our arrival. We'd just landed and got a message from him that instead of the room we booked near the Vatican, our new room would be at Termini. We asked if he had another solution as we are not going to stay near Termini, and that's not what we paid for. He said that either we cancel our reservation or we'll sleep near Termini. That happened 4 days before the Pope's funeral, so there haven't been many rooms left at a reasonable price. As a result, we had to book a different room for 200 euros more! Needless to say, our entire first day in Rome was ruined as we had to find a new place under stress and pay way over our budget! Book anywhere else and don't take the chance he would change your location upon arrival, as he did to us.
