From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless and very comfortable—especially the bed, which was perfect after a long day. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the entire property was well-maintained and felt very safe. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. Thank you to the whole team for making my trip so special—I’ll definitely be back!

I have experienced and reviewed many hotels and accommodations and let's look at the Artsakh Hotel in this way, I could not find any flaws in it. We stayed at this hotel for a week and everything was neat and tidy. Everything in the room was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Breakfast was excellent and varied. (Although for me, as an early riser, it started late; 8:30) The staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area, not so close to the city center that it would be annoyingly crowded and not so far that it would be difficult to get around, only two metro stations away from the city center. Having a parking lot was helpful for us who traveled by car. We had a memorable and nostalgic experience with this hotel and we hope to be able to come again in a few years.

Place was good,nice view. Also tidy and clean, but not very impressed by food especially breakfast
