Well if you read the other reviews......my allocated room had no windows was so damp and smelt of smoke. There was no airco ( outside it was 35 degrees) If I was paying 10 euros per night and staying one night, it's not an issue. A very unpleasant manager sent me to his hotel around the corner... still very damp, still no windows but it did have airco. The stairs in both buildings were treacherous, one of my group fell and thankfully only bruised her wrist. So all in all a hotel to be avoided!!!!

Booked in on a group trip for 2 nights on a tour of mesopetania. Very poor hotel. Manager would not accept any critisism of the hotel. Cats allowed on breakfast tables, No wifi in my room or hot waterto shower. My room, I called the Anne Boleyn room as it was like something out of the tower of London. I was on 4th floor with no lift and a very small window in my room. Tv was broken and no tea or coffee facilties in my room. All in all, lovely building but not a place I would recommend anyone booking.

Terrible experience at this hotel, my first room had a toilet that was broken, which should have been checked before putting a guest in there. The shower was broken resulting in the water flooding out into the bathroom. There was no hot water for the 2 days I was there. Also no internet in my room. The staff appeared disinterested when complaints were made. On a plus point, the breakfast was ok but the dining room had resident cats who jumped onto the serving area and dining tables so not hygienic. Very disappointed by my stay.
