Aruma Suites

First of all, the owner apologizes to people all over here but takes no action. Still no hot water and the water slowly comes out of the shower rooms. Do smell like a sewer and people have been complaining about it for months. There's no security anybody can walk off the street into the hotel. There's no bottle water. There's not even a telephone to contact the front desk and the phone number on the internet does not work. So you have to walk a 1/2, a block to another hotel which they split the duties. What a mess this place is now. Many other places you can stay for the same amount of money.Much better service. I did complain to the front desk but nothing's gonna be done...

Worst place ever! Their pillows have mold. It stinks like sewer since you first get here. The bed boxes are dirty and broken. There is only cold water. Also, the place is not like the pictures, so idk how they make it look so beautiful when it is not. Its honestly gross. Btw, one lady wrote a review in TripAdvisor about a guy wanting ( the receptionist in January 2024)to get into her room at midnight! Just totally unsafe! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

To start off with, this hotel looks nothing like the pictures uploaded on google. my family and i stayed here for 2 nights. I’ll give them that, staff is friendly and its one block away from the beach. As soon as you walk past the lobby the smell of humidity and sewage is strong. it was hard sleeping at night. the bathroom has mold. save your money and stay somewhere else.
