I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pharos Hotel on Sterling Road. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt welcoming and upscale. The rooms were modern, well-maintained, and super comfortable — perfect for both business and leisure travel. What really stood out was the dining experience. The in-house restaurant served a fantastic range of dishes, with every meal being flavorful and well-presented. The staff was attentive and courteous, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend Pharos for its top-notch hospitality, great food, and perfect location. It’s truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city! Hard rock cafe adds more cream to the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was lovely. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious with all the required amenities. The hotel is well located so finding public transport around was not a problem. The resturant is not huge but good size but the food is incredible. the breakfast menu was amazing- a full spread. The Pizza , Biryani, the desserts were all amazing which we ordered to our room. The service could be a shade better but still a 4/5. Lovely place to stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the front office staff, particularly Mr. Bala. His attitude was rude, unhelpful, and not at all customer-friendly. Basic courtesy and respect were missing, which made check-in and other interactions very unpleasant. Hospitality should begin at the front desk, but here it felt like we were not welcome at all. This level of behavior is not acceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. I hope the management takes serious note of this and provides proper training to their staff to improve service standards. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel for families or guests expecting respectful treatment.
