We had a fantastic 5-night stay at the resort and were truly impressed by the hospitality. Although our initially assigned room was located a bit towards the interior, the on-duty manager, Pandi, promptly addressed our concern and generously upgraded us to a private pool villa for rest of our stay. We also had a great chat with Pandi-he was very friendly and even helped us plan our itinerary. which made our trip even more enjoyable. A special mention also goes to Tika at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this resort to others!
Beautiful. Good and spacious rooms, friendly staff and placed in middle of nature. Loved the vibe here. We stayed for around 4 days here in the Arkananta villa. It was very spacious and scenic. Some downsides to note, The road to get to this place is questionable and wonky to say the least. The food from their restaurant is not that appealing. They try their best to accommodate whatever food preferences you have though, which is good. I personally do not prefer staying in rooms where bathrooms are pretty much surrounded by nature and with no roof top, but they seem to be popular amongst the couples. Note that these are well maintained but theres only so much you can do to avoid rain, mosquitoes and other insects.
We stayed for a night at this resort. My experience was a mixed bag. I will start with the pros: The hospitality was good and rooms were quite big and good. They do provide refrigerator, hair dryer and electric kettle. The pick and drop via buggy from their drop point was coordinated well We had booked a 30 min complementary massage while booking and that was the best part of the stay. Cons: The biggest con for me was their slippery bathroom floor where my toddler had a pretty bad slip and hurt his head. So please be wary of that. There was a dead lizard inside my room right at the entryway, which makes me a little skeptical about their cleanliness. There were no rice plantations inside during our stay which was a big disappointment for me as I had booked it seeing mainly that. There were plantations around but inside they were still sowing it (I went in Aug) The prices for any additional service seemed pretty inflated Overall my stay was good but for the price expected a little better.
