I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was in a really nice area and there were restaurants in walking distance. The room was nice with a pretty view of the city. The tub was HUGE! That was a legit jacuzzi! I would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel with decent views and pool. They need a complete overhaul on the valet or offer self park. $39 dollars and only 1 valet working. Three times I was waiting only to find out he was just hanging out in the back room. Or if there is a line you’ll be stuck waiting for a long time. Park @ coco walk garage for a better experience

This is a budget hotel pretending to be luxury. First off, we had to wait 30 minutes to check in to our room because the front desk couldn’t figure out how to apply a gift card. The nice thing to do would have been to check us in and figure out how to apply the gift card on her own time, instead of making us wait while she called people to figure it out. She even suggested we just wait until the next day when her manager was there, way after check-out time when we would have already left the hotel. We had to basically insist she check us in that day, for our one night reservation. The room had a balcony separated by a cloth from the other room next to us, providing no privacy. We heard a baby in the room next to us screaming all night, so the rooms obviously don’t have appropriate sound dampening. The phone and fridge in our room were not working as well. The breakfast buffet is 20$ and only had cold items, it looked worse than the most basic free best western breakfast I’ve seen a million times. The pool was nice, but that’s about the only positive thing at this place.
