Aryaduta Palembang

Old but gold. The hotel is located in Palembang’s prime location where you can easily find two malls within 500 metres. The room looks old and it needs upgrade however the room is clean and everything works fine. Breakfast is so so and the taste has decreased a little bit compared to few years ago. All in all is still one of the best hotels in Palembang if you are a businessman or a tourist who wants to enjoy the heart of Palembang.

The room was nice and comfortable. Reception service was okay, but I was a bit surprised that, for a 4-star hotel, no assistance was offered to bring our luggage to the room. Breakfast selection could be improved—didn’t really meet expectations for a 4-star standard

Dear Management of Arya Duta Palembang, Good Evening, Regarding from my check-in process that very unpleasant in this hotel, below my chronology that all parties should be learn from this incident. April, 01 2025 we reached this hotel at 15.15 and hopefully could get the room at that time remembering that my parents are just came to this city and need some relax from very far place. But, unfortunately, we met unfriendly front-liner named MRS. CLARA who has a bad speaking intonation and diction which is not even representing a four star hotel should have. We were waiting until “16.30” and its still not enough time to prepare the room and it was a very bad experience for us since the booking reference stated that “check-in time at 14.00”. After all incident on the check-in table, and after we got an upgrade room from superior to junior sweet room, and also for the compliments hampers (sorry, which has an opened Nastar cake inside) STILL, we regret to inform that the staff and management system should fix their check-in time to reduce 1-3 stars review for Arya Duta. We appreciate for the additional compliments for us but it was sad to know that the 4 stars hotel had this kind of service. Thank you Regards, Sherly Dew
