Aryaduta Pekanbaru

I recently had the pleasure of visiting at Aryaduta Pekanbaru, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The hotel's facilities and service were top-notch. I want to extend a special thank you to Pak Rudi and Pak Chandra for their warm welcome. And a huge shoutout to SUCI for her exceptional service, loyalty, and honesty - she truly went above and beyond! If you're looking for a great place to visit in Pekanbaru, I highly recommend Aryaduta. Five stars from me! Thank you

The good: Location is good. Easy to get around. Room is large, as with any older hotel. AC was ok. Breakfast had good variety of local food. The bad: For the brand itself, they should have at least uphold a certain standard. Unfortunately, this is the worst Aryaduta I've ever been in. Dirty, old, broken fixtures, moldy, rusty. No soaps, no bathroom mat. When I tried calling the receptionist and the room service, no one picked up. I went down to the lobby to get it sorted out, receptionist said they did not receive any call. Manager stepped in promptly to facilitate room change, but it was an even worse room. I gave up. Charge higher and maintain the facilities would have been a better way of doing business. My suggestion to future travelers, choose other hotels. There are so many better options. I learnt my lesson, don't trust a brand blindly.

this stay was not Comfortable stay.. This hotel is so old, it leaks in many parts.. the corridor is leaking we walked on a wet carpet. I booked a non smoking room but they gave me no option but to stay in a smoking room.. Not good.. Breakfast has quite alot of indoneaian food selection But the Coffee is the worst coffee i ever drink in a hotel. I told the waitress to make me another cup of coffee but what came was exact the same .. its like drinking mineral water with little bit of coffee taste. Its a joke.. They hotel needs to be renovated ans the staffs needs to be trained.. Train the staff to greet guests at any occasions.. not just to smile..
