We have room for disabled people i dont know why.. bathroom is useless for normal people without any cover of shower so water is everywhere and bathroom was dirty. We found dirty bed lien inside closet.. And there is some cycle team which occupied whole parking for they use.. I expected much more for this money for accommodation. For me is this next bad experience about Italy
I would not stay here again unless I had run out of money or was backpacking Europe. Am amazed how this could be a 4 star. If I could give it zero stars I would. Uncomfy beds, heating wouldn’t turn off, no iron in the entire hotel, this is not a suitable place for business travelers. Avoid avoid avoid. Literally horrendous.
Absolutely horrendous experience overall, our door was literally broken and could be opened from the outside with just a little push, not secure and furniture like beds and stuff were older than ancient italy. Mold and what not and the water pressure was very disappointing overall bad experience oh and you could hear the people next to you clear as day Would not recommend
