We really enjoyed our stay. It was simple, comfortable, clean and professional. Breakfast was impressive. Good location-walking distance to many nice restaurants. One downside if any was the parking which was automated and need a 5-10 min wait at parking and pickup.

Great service. The rooms are clean even though it's a bit compact. I really have to mention how friendly the front office staff were. The food is good too. One downfall was that the breakfast menu is limited, so if you are on a long stay you would have to order the same thing over again and again. The cafe is chill and the hotel is located near St.Louis BTS so it's very convenient.

ASAI Sathorn is a small boutique hotel that’s been really well thought out. It’s modern, comfortable, and has a smart use of space—it’s definitely compact, but nothing feels overlooked. I felt good staying there, and the staff were lovely. One night I lost my phone and was in a bit of a panic, and the guy on night shift went out of his way to help me find it. Huge appreciation for that. The rooms are nicely designed and have most things you’d need, but they’re not the quietest—you can hear other guests coming and going. Also, there’s no coffee in the room; it’s on another floor and not available all the time, which isn’t the end of the world, just a bit inconvenient. One weird moment: I had some mangosteens I brought back and was told I couldn’t eat them in my room, apparently they stain things, fair enough. I asked if I could have them downstairs or somewhere else in the common areas, but apparently outside food’s not allowed anywhere in the hotel, so I had to cloak them at reception. Not a big deal, just felt a bit over the top. Overall though, I’d probably stay here again. It’s affordable, comfortable and in a great spot. Just don’t expect full hotel-style flexibility—it’s more of a stylish base than a classic hospitality experience.
