A great, clean room and incredibly friendly staff. The platform bed was very comfortable and had plenty of room for us to store our suitcases. They held our bags and the hotel was very convenient to metro. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto!
The room was clean and very functional. Everything we came back from a day around the city, we came back to a nice atmosphere with music and people socializing in the common area. The staff was very helpful, one day they helped us call a cab. The location was fine but we needed to take more than one form of transportation most of the time to get around the city.
We arrived from Tokyo at 1 p.m., and within 20 minutes, our rooms were ready. We were immediately greeted with a glass of chilled water. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English.
