Great location, across from shopping street, grocery store right next door, few minutes' walk to Sen-soji Temple. Stayed 3 nights at Sky-Tree side room, the view was fantastic. The room was clean and plenty of amenities, but the beds were low quality. The friendly staff members stand by the front doors and elevator to greet and open the door for guests, but the receptionists were moody. Airport Limousine Bus stop right at the front door for airport drop off and pick up, book online cost ¥1,300 per person for HND airport. I took taxi to HND airport cost ¥10,175.
The room was very clean and orderly. The view was phenomenal over Sensoji Temple and Tokyo Skytree. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting us with airplane shuttle accommodations. They were not flexible with room check in times if you arrive earlier than expected. All in all, highly recommend this hotel for a stay.
The view of the hotel is good. There are also many restaurants nearby, which is good. But the bed and bedclothes that are too old make the feeling bad. Three people stayed for two nights out of necessity. Parking is available in the basement and the space is good, but you have to pay for it. The cost for 2 nights was 117,000Yen. There are many delicious places nearby, including a buffet Chinese restaurant and a Japanese Izakaya. Have a nice trip.
