Older hotel, good location and very quiet.

Still under construction when I was there. Okay, but has some drawbacks. Some parts of Interieur look quite cheap and unstable. Worst is that there is no lift. You have to carry baggage on small stairway. Room is clean in general. Strong cigarette smell when you turn on the ventilation in the bathroom!!!

Literally the worst place ever to stay in Almaty. Management completely don’t care about your complaints and always away! Good luck if you catch any stuff during the day. Even the cleaners of the Keremet are complaining about their “bosses”. Two of them gave us good advice where is better to stay at this price range
