I booked this hotel to attend Thaifex, as other hotels nearby were fully booked. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Although it’s considered a 5-star hotel, the facilities felt outdated — the tea tray in my room was cracked, there was a musty smell, and no indoor slippers were provided. The breakfast and dinner buffet (additional charges) were bland and lacked variety. Overall, the stay didn’t match the price paid. The only real advantage was its proximity to the IMPACT Convention Center.

The rooms are nice, but the overall hospitality—aside from the bell boys and reception—is a bit lacking. Whether it’s the banquet staff, restaurant service, or other facilities, it’s hard to find staff who are genuinely attentive and eager to help. The hotel has a team of eight bell boys, which is great, but elsewhere it’s hit or miss. Overall, it’s not terrible, but the service doesn’t quite live up to a five-star standard. The food is just average. Honestly, it’s probably not worth the price unless there’s a discount.
