Ascent Premiere Hotel and Convention

Great services for my experience having Ramadan’s Dinner with my family. A lots of food options from appetizers to desserts. Location wise near to Train Station, if you are visitor this is a hotel where you should stay. Highly recommended! Friendly staff, even it’s GM Mr. Nainggolan very helpful and humble. Great facilities to try! From Gym, Pool, Coffee Shop and Bar to romantic dinner that everyone can reserve. I hope I could give 5 stars for rooms but I haven’t been stayed yet, looking forward to updates my reviews. Highly recommended for this Hotel in Malang.

I recently stayed at Ascent Premiere Hotel Malang and I was very impressed with everything. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained,and the pool area was a great place to relax. The staff Mr Heri dan Mr Galuh they were always friendly, helpful, also very attentive and made sure I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Update: updating this to a 2 star because they provided us with a room upgrade after we complained, which was appreciated. However, after this things became weird where they constantly asked to take our photo. One point they took a photo of us without our permission. This hotel is not a 4 star by western standards at all. I’d give it 2 star at best. We arrived to a room full of ants, when asked to change rooms they gave us another room with a leaking AC that dripped all over the floor and the table. Making some of our belongs wet. The housekeeping staff told us it happens in multiple rooms. No soap in any of the bathrooms. I guess nobody washes their hands here when they use the bathroom? Also both rooms smelled like sweat and cigarettes (even though we had a non smoking room). The escalators were broken half the time. Overall, don’t waste your money here. It’s a complete dump.
