Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Ascent Premiere! I had an amazing experience at Ascent Premiere from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The rooms were spotless, even the smoking ones, which is rare to find! Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The value here is unbeatable—best price I’ve found for this level of comfort and service. The food was another highlight. Every meal I tried was delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. And the pool? Absolutely perfect—clean, inviting, and a great spot to relax after a long day. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality, comfort, and value!

I had a very pleasant stay at Ascent Premier Hotel Pasuruan during my recent work trip to East Java. The location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s most interesting places, which made getting around both simple and convenient. The staffs, from above level to rank-file were consistently warm and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. I was especially impressed by the quick response from the young lady at the front desk, who kindly arranged an early check-in for me without any delay, even though she was still multitasking. The ambience and overall atmosphere of the hotel are calming and well-maintained (it was H brand management which I was always stay in previous few months) and the pool area is a real highlight, offering a lovely view and a great place to unwind after a busy day. That said, I did notice a few small things that might could be improved. The pool area lacked staff or an attendant, which made it feel a bit unattended. The corridors leading to the pool were also quite empty (sure, it is might not weekend’s) and the spa booth appeared unmanned, which was slightly different. On a brighter note, the Nusantara Restaurant was fantastic, offering a good variety of mid-range dishes, from Eastern to Western cuisine, and also non smoking room at separate veranda. The F&B restaurant staff including host, were always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. All in all, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I will undoubtedly return for my every next work trip to East Java.

Despite arriving late at night around 10 or 10:30 PM after a long journey, the staff welcomed me warmly and made check-in quick and smooth. Their support and hospitality truly stood out. I stayed in **Room 507**, which was very clean and well-prepared. The bed was comfortable with fresh sheets and clean towels provided. The room also came with complimentary water bottles, coffee, and hangers to organize my clothes—small details that really made a difference. I had a restful sleep, and in the morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the **breakfast buffet**. There was a wide variety of options including **Indonesian dishes, Japanese selections, fresh fruits, omelets, and a standout item: ginger tea**. The ginger tea was a highlight for me—absolutely refreshing and delicious! The hotel is also **conveniently located close to the city center**, which makes it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, I highly recommend Ascent Premiere Hotel Pasuruan. The **hospitality, cleanliness, food, and location** all exceeded my expectations. It’s a definite **5 out of 5** from me.
