Great for a simple weekend away. Would definitely consider returning on my next holiday to Rotorua. The rooms were very clean and maintained to a high standard. Rooms have a simple kitchen and mini fridge for food preparation. Reception and staff members were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very spacious and laid out in a way that didn't feel cramped. Rooms have a personal spa bath that is covered. The location is great and is close to the town centre.
I did not sleep for the week we stayed there due to domestics going on in every other unit my mother and I never felt safe as people were trying to get into our unit while I was out my mother was on her own this happened twice in a week. Just prior to staying there the people before us stole the TV the dinning suite toasters linen and anything not nailed down.you will not get business with these kind of behaviors going on . On the upside the units were beautifully clean . Staff were lovely.
