Even after multiple visit due to work nature, I am still happy with their services and hospitality. A great thanks to ASCOTT Harmony Nantong Sales Director , Ms Irene Li for truly making me and my colleagues feel valued and welcomed with her outstanding hospitality. Always giving a helping hand and constantly checking on our wellbeing. Truly grateful to her. Highly recommend to those visiting NANTONG, regardless if it’s for business or pleasure.
As I write this review I am in the lobby watching the front desk staff member clipping his nails. Nasty. The hotel rooms are nice but lack some basics. Toilet paper appears rationed. Last night I called for room service @9pm and was informed room service was closed but I was told to go down stairs 42 floors and I could walk the street and find food. The breakfast buffet is small with very little in the way of choice. As I left the hotel @8am someone had deposited bags of garbage by the elevator. When I returned @7pm they were still there. Basically the place lacks training and management. This place is all form and very little function.
