An older service apartment, but very well maintained. Very spacious and good for family with kids. The AC/heating is centralized so you can’t adjust the temperature. You can ask the staff to open the windows if needed.
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. We used a 2-room type with an area of about 80 m². The service at this hotel is good. The condition of the room is clean, comfortable, and safe because each room has an Safe Deposit Box. However, in our opinion, it is time to renovate the condition of the room. The location is quite strategic and close to the Shanghai Metro station. There are 6 elevators, so we don't need to worry about waiting too long.
The aircon is not working. The staff told me to open the window and give me a fan. It is not a 5 star hotel according to the staff, it’s just an ordinary service apartment. Very disappointing! Not gonna stay in this hotel any more.
