Great stay experience during kids school holiday. Nice and clean place. Complete amenities. Comfortable beds and rooms. Aika and her team threw a nice birthday surprise for me with a birthday cake. Yudi was super helpful and meticulous with the housekeeping. The security team was alert and ever ready to help us cross the street to Grand Indonesia mall.
As other reviews mentioned, the location is unbeatable. It is also a good option for two bedroom hotel options. However, the whole place especially the twin room had an intense mold smell that bothered us quite a lot. The chairs and rug were also stained. It does feel quite dated overall which may be the reason for the issues.
The rooms are beautiful and the cleanliness is good. Apartment number 1309, which consists of three rooms, has one room where the air conditioning is not working, and the weather is very hot. This reduces the quality of the service. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. 🙏🏻
