Amazing hotel, great location, good staff, good breakfast, the location is fabulous near to attractions, family room is great. One thing they can do is to make sure to do pest control, I stay for almost 3 nights and I saw one bug in the second night but could be external like from other guests, overall the hotel is great and worth it to stay in it. I really advise people to stay there due to the location and the property is clean and modern. And very comfortable.

The room is spacious however cleanliness needs work. Stains on towel, mould on shower curtain, overall the room could have been cleaned better. We had asked for fresh towels and waited about 40 minutes for the same to be given to us. This was done only after we called for the second time. There is a laundry room where you can do your own laundry however not all the dryers are in good working condition (you have to choose the correct one). If not, your clothes will not dry well and waiting for maintenance to assist can take awhile. We were shocked by the breakfast situation. You had to walk out of the hotel and go to the restaurant beside the hotel, only to see that breakfast buffet selection is VERY limited and small (literally a balcony sized area). It is nothing like what you would expect of a 5-star hotel. If you’re a breakfast person, I highly recommend you to opt not staying here as it sours the holiday vibes. Tip: the cream of chicken on 1 July was quite bad. Only good thing is the location and the mini mart downstairs. Hotel can do better and has potential to improve.

Visited in July 2026 with my family (4 of us total) and stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. We absolutely loved the location very conveniently and pleasant. The room was clean as it could been better, and the staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay
