Don’t know why but you can’t actually stop right in front of the hotel. And only access it from around 20m away. The rooms are large, very clean, and run by an excellent housekeeping team. Front counter staff are however, hapless and not customer service oriented. Or driven for the matter. Breakfast is average at best. But again, the cleaning crew for the restaurant is great. They are efficient and effective. Compared to Ascott Raffles City in Chengdu, this place isn’t as well run unfortunately. Great stay, just don’t expect smiling staff who are there for you.

Great place for a business stay. Spacious rooms. Enough international sockets too!! The breakfast has decent options; even for a vegetarian and eggitarians!! The staff is polite and courteous. The spa is great!! Don't miss the occassionally moving robotic dragons in the lobby!!

One of the worst nightmares of our lives; they took the money on the first day and have been harassing us for money for the past six days.We are Indians stuck in China, and the money has already been taken from my bank, obviously indicating that it goes to them. Please stay away from this hotel at all costs; the folks there are con artists.
