Ascott Orchard Singapore

My family and I have stayed at Ascott Orchard Singapore multiple times whenever we visit, and we truly love it. We usually book a 1-bedroom suite, which is simple yet has everything we need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We’ve met the housekeeping team a few times in the hallways, and you can really see the care they put into their work—they are always kind and courteous. The furniture and fixtures feel modern and chic, and the kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and tableware. Having an in-room washer/dryer is a huge plus for our family of four, especially with two kids, although drying a full load does take quite a while. The amenities and location are excellent. The pool is large and inviting, though I wish there were more lounge chairs and shaded seating. One of the best perks is the direct connection to Paragon Mall via elevators and a breezeway—super convenient for shopping, meals, and even groceries. Staff we’ve interacted with, mainly housekeeping and the concierge, have always been friendly and helpful. Overall, Ascott Orchard feels like our home in Singapore, and we will likely continue staying here on every future visit.

It's a nice hotel very close to the main shopping streets. Rooms are spacious, super clean and comfy with a fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool is large enough. Kids playground is very small. Nice gym. The only strange thing that there is no standard hotel restaurant inside.

Just checked out after two wonderful months at Ascott Orchard and our stay was exceptional in every aspect. Breakfast at Kith was a daily highlight with rotating weekly dishes and great coffee (especially after the machine broke and we discovered their even better regular brews). The staff truly made it feel like home. Special thanks to Sandi who always went above and beyond for our family and made a lasting impression on our kids, and to Mel whose hotel-hosted events helped us explore Singapore in such a fun and memorable way. The location is unbeatable, directly connected to Paragon Mall for daily convenience. If there’s one small downside it’s the tiny playground, but Paragon’s L5 free playground made up for it. Huge thanks to the entire team. We’re grateful for everything and we’ll definitely drop by whenever we can.
