Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur

We recently stayed at this serviced residence during a short family trip to Kuala Lumpur over the school holidays, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for our needs. We booked a two-bedroom suite for three nights, and the stay was comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. The suite was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed—ideal for families with children. One of the highlights was the well-equipped kitchen, which came with all the essentials for light cooking, along with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and even a washing machine and dryer. This made it incredibly convenient for us, especially when traveling with kids—we could prepare quick meals and do laundry at our own pace, which really added to the comfort of the stay. The staff were another standout. From check-in to housekeeping, every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. Their friendly attitude and prompt service made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The location was also a major advantage. Centrally situated, the property made it easy to get around KL and access nearby attractions. It’s particularly ideal for those looking for Indian cuisine or groceries, as there are plenty of Indian restaurants, cafes, and stores within walking distance. Do note that, as this is a serviced residence, there isn’t an on-site restaurant or bar. However, a simple buffet breakfast is provided in the adjacent building, which was a convenient option to start our mornings. If you’re someone who prefers full hotel amenities, that’s something to keep in mind—but for us, the homely feel, convenience, and value far outweighed that. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily return on our next visit to KL. Highly recommended for families or travelers looking for a spacious, well-located, and well-equipped place with excellent service.

Really happy with our short stay! It's a small walk from KL Sentral but totally doable, even with luggage. Front desk staff were extremely helpful when I needed to sort out some stuff for my flight. Views were incredible. Also I liked that the room was separated by a door so the bedroom was AC'd but the kitchen/bathroom didn't need to be - appreciated them trying to be energy conscious. Unlike other reviews, we thought the breakfast was totally fine and the specialty coffee stand outside pumped out really nice drinks (we don't expect fancy coffee at a buffet).

Great hotel! Very spacious and modern rooms, more like apartments than a hotel. Nice views. Good location. Good pool(s). Very good included breakfast. Complimentary fruit at reception. Staff allowed me to check in early after a long overnight international flight which was great. Filtered drinking water is available in the room which is very handy and a great touch (one less thing to worry about). Excellent value. Great stay and I would definitely recommend. Thanks
