Ascott Star Klcc Kuala Lumpur

We had a rooftop lunch at restaurant 99. The atmosphere is fantastic views are amazing we can touch the petronas building. Any new is very exotic spread out and a mixture of Oriental and Europe. Reversal food in under 10 minutes which was fast for us. The presentation plating and the colours were just too good and almost like painting. Portions are large and one never goes hungry. The service was very good and efficient. We spent almost 2 hours enjoying the meal scenery atmosphere ambience hospitality. We paid Ringgit 275 for 3 adults. No alcohol.

We had a great experience at the hotel, but one person made it truly unforgettable he turned it into an 11-star experience! The gentleman at the reception welcomed us with such kindness. I didn’t catch his name, but he was wearing sunglasses and had his hand wrapped in a white bandage (I hope he is doing well). He made us feel special, took great care of us, and we were so happy to meet him. Thank you so, so much! The hotel is truly lucky to have him

The hotel is excellent. It has a fantastic location and is simply very nice. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. It was great that we were able to get a room even if we arrived 2 hours before thw check-in. There are a few things that add even more points, such as a drinking water filter on the tap or an iron with an ironing board. The swimming pool on level 99 is very impressive. You can swim right next to the Petronas Tower. The bar is also great. We tried a few other places, but this "our" one above the hotel was simply the best. We highly recommend staying at this hotel! You will definitely not regret it.
