Ascott Tahlia Jeddah

Absolutely fantastic stay in the executive suite. My experience was flawless from start to finish. The rooms are great, service is perfect. There's a gym and a pool on the rooftop.

I visited Jeddah in Nov 2016 for meetings and stayed 3 nights in Ascott Tahlia. I enjoyed my stayed there. The room is clean, spacious, and seems well maintained. Facilities in the room, incl. the internet speed, are excellent as well. Not much variety of menu though for breakfast but the taste was OK. I didn't try or use hotel facilities. Hotel staffs should be more friendly and warm. The hotel is in the city center with lots of restaurants, shops and malls just outside the hotel or within short distance.

Nice place, the apartments are convenient and kept well cleaned and maintained. The staff were very nice and we were checked in by Tariq who seemed like a very well trained gentleman which is rare nowadays. Breakfast selection was really good and they serve very good coffee as well. Location is okay but most shops that show on the map are actually closed. The corridors as we wait for the elevator were sometimes hot and stuffy but the AC in the room was great. In 2 occasions I smelled smoke which was a bit strange for me as it was past midnight. I appreciated 2 little details, the channels guide and the blurred part of the window which allowed me to get sunlight without compromising my privacy also it prevents the curtains from having that crack that brings in an unwanted ray of sun too early in the morning. Over experience was really good.
