I recently stayed at Asdal Gulf Inn Boutique Hotel with my family for two nights and truly enjoyed the experience. Everything was smooth and professionally handled. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, helpful, and always available when needed. The location is conveniently located, close to shops and restaurants. Honestly, I liked almost everything and had no complaints. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bahrain, and I would definitely return in the future. The hotel is old and not suitable for those living and looking for a luxury. The hotel photos and reviews at booking.com are manipulating! Here are some notes for consideration of hotel management: 1. Evaluate changing or performing regular cleaning for carpet on corridors, it is sending a very bad smells and this is usually indicating high germs! Health safety 2. Some of the rooms (example: 326, 302), has light switches from 70th age (ling switch) while others are modern! unless it’s unified and linked with the room furniture and set up, this can indicate that the hotel is looking for the cheapest materials, 3. Number one concern for hotel guests is having a high quality clean bed. The cleanliness requires improvement and more focus because the blankets and pillows are being used by different guests and infections and diseases may be transmitted from one to another. 4. It is good to have a electric window blinds, however, having it broken or torn out reflects a lack of check and adjust system to ensure continouse improvement. 5. Basic rule in costumer service: “80% of guest satisfaction can be managed through a good welcome and good bye”. In fact and with all respect, this hotel is lacking it. ..
