I stayed at the hotel in January, it is in a great location, five minutes from Patong Beach and close to all markets and shopping centers, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean. The equipment is not the latest, but the bed is very comfortable. Very friendly staff, always smiling. If you are a tourist who wants a quiet location and expects luxury, then I do not recommend this hotel. But if you are looking for fun and action, then a great choice. I will come back again.
The furniture was worn out. There was a truly truly dirty sofa in the room. No toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, not enough soap, and a bathtub that needed a deep cleaning or replacement!!! There was an extra guest one night in my room; a lizard, that was caught by the receptionist successfully! Don’t try the breakfast… Bed was clean. A terrace with a nice outlook to the city. An umbrella for the rainy days.
EXTREMELY NOISY til midnight at 4am Everyday. Cannot sleep at all and there are bars right downstairs and playing loud music. Others facilities are fine, breakfast is ok. Other hotels nearby such as Marriott countyard they dont have problem because they have grand lobby and pool, rooms are far away from streets. Location walking distance 15mins to mega mall and shopping center, busy street along the way
