Nice clean comfortable room. Great breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. I don’t see such wonderful service in the US. I stayed 5 nights and will stay there again. Mila at the front desk found out I love coffee, she had a famous traditional Indonesian coffee delivered to my room. Hands down the best cold brew I’ve ever had. They didn’t know but it was actually my birthday, so their kind gesture meant a lot

I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff, especially the receptionist, Mila were warm and welcoming, always greeting me with genuine smiles and going out of their way to help with any little request. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I’d happily return for another stay. Pass on this hotel! Our room had a water leak from a ceiling light and a puddle of water got onto our luggage. I’m so glad that we didn’t open the bag, otherwise our clothes would have been damaged. The clean towels smelled of cigarettes 🤮 We booked a king bed but we were informed that the hotel does not have king beds, even though their own website has them listed. 🤔 Staff was nice and location was good, the only positives.
