Ashley Wahid Hasyim Jakarta

My parents have stayed at Ashley Hotel several times, and this time I joined them on a trip to Jakarta. My father booked a suite and we stayed for 5 nights. The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeping team who were incredibly helpful. One thing that really impressed us: my father works using a laptop and mouse, but we forgot to bring a mouse pad. On the third day, we returned to the room and found that the hotel had already provided one without us even asking. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. The hotel is very comfortable with excellent service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay in Jakarta.

If you're looking for a place to stay around Wahid Hasyim, I highly recommend Ashley Wahid Hasyim! I've stayed at two other hotels in the same area, and even though Ashley is only about IDR 50-100k more expensive, the difference in quality is HUGE — totally worth it! From the room facilities, ambience, service, and breakfast, Ashley stands out by far. The hotel feels more modern and clean, they have smart TVs, the hot shower works perfectly (unlike one of the other hotels where it was just lukewarm), and the room is fully equipped — including a hairdryer! Everything just feels complete. The service even before check-in was amazing! I was assisted by Kak Alifah beforehand, and during check-in, Kak Vicqy and Kak Ichsan were super helpful and friendly — it made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. No stinginess or cut corners here, just great service all around. Totally recommended!

I have been coming back to this hotel whenever i have things to do around this area. Always had a wonderdul experience staying in this hotel. A nice vibe from the very entrance, the room is nice and spacious. And this time around, I received a wonderful service from the staff Saskia. Definitely a recommended hotel for you that will be doing business or anything else around this area.
