It was really affordable for us and the best part were the rooms. Really spacious and lovely. The staff was super polite. We had a bit problem with the food because we were vegetarians. We had the deluxe room but I will surely take the upgraded one, i think it was a villa kind or a suite maybe. But they looked beautiful. Also it was close to nature and good food outlets nearby too.
The place is nice if you like nature kind of place. We chose the private room type with swimming pool inside. The only complain was that the swimming pool looks dirty with lots of leaves. Cleanliness might need attention. It is pretty close to ATV and Rafting places. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
“Please don't come to this hotel “I had a disappointing experience at this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It felt like a scam from the beginning. The staff did not know how to treat guests properly, and it wasn’t uncommon to hear arguments at the reception each evening, with shouting that made the atmosphere uncomfortable. During my stay, I interacted with three staff members—only one was friendly and helpful; the others left much to be desired. The lack of an efficient data entry system was frustrating. I often found myself having to call multiple times, sometimes three or four, just to get a simple request fulfilled, like asking for a water bottle. On the very first day, I repeatedly asked for water, only to be told to search for bottles in my room as they claimed to have left them there. I had to explain that we didn’t have any water bottles at all. It seemed like almost every other Indian guest I met had resorted to buying two or three bottles themselves, which was telling of the service. As for the rooms, they were only passable—nothing special. There were no irons, no hair dryers, no heaters, and no fans, which made the stay even less comfortable. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that I hope to forget soon.
