Just returned from a 7 night stay as a familyof 5. After reading some of the reviews before we went we were a bit worried but we needn't have been. We arrived at gone midnight after a travel delay and were quickly checked in and shown were we could get something to eat even at the late hour. The hotel is spotless and there is always somewhere to get food and drink. The food selection is amazing, and freshly cooked. The staff are hard working and friendly. The facilities are great and the location fabulous for a walk around the shops. If we were to return to the area we would definitely use the hotel again.

Worst Experience Ever! STAY AWAAAAAY! I feel it is necessary to formally document and share the repeated lack of courtesy and responsibility shown by the management during our stay. On the night of our check-in, we were informed at reception that the room we had fully booked and paid for in advance was not available. The hotel claimed they had provided us with an upgrade but made it clear that we would need to vacate that room the very next morning. The following morning, I approached the reception politely and asked if it would be possible to remain in the same room, explaining that packing up everything again with children would be extremely difficult. Instead of any understanding or support, the staff member began yelling and shouting at me, stating that he would not speak to me but only to my husband. When I questioned why we should bear the inconvenience and lose valuable time during our stay, he responded aggressively, threatening that if we did not leave, we would be locked out of the room and thrown out onto the street. Due to the non-refundable nature of our booking, we had no option but to continue our stay. Unfortunately, the situation worsened. The next day, my brother-in-law stepped on a large piece of glass on the hotel’s beach area. Although the hotel claims this is a public beach, the area is clearly associated with the hotel’s facilities and should be maintained for the safety of guests. Despite this serious incident, no member of management offered any support or courtesy. Only a nurse was sent initially, who advised that he go to a hospital at his own expense, which was estimated to cost around $2,000. Given the immediate financial burden, we were forced to seek emergency treatment at a public hospital instead. Upon returning, when the bandage came off, we requested a basic first aid kit. The hotel staff stated they did not have one available because the nurse had left for the day and refused to offer any help. When we insisted that this violated basic health and safety regulations and pointed out our guest rights, they finally agreed to send someone to our room to provide first aid. This assistance was only given after repeated requests and pressure. Adding to the disappointment, when we posted honest reviews detailing these events online, the hotel responded with misleading and false claims, stating that we had harassed their staff, refused their help, and that they provided immediate first aid service without hesitation — all of which are completely untrue. In reality, my sister had to plead multiple times and remind them of their obligations before any help was provided. Throughout this stay, the hotel management has shown a clear lack of courtesy, responsibility, and accountability in handling serious guest concerns, both in terms of accommodation and safety. I hope this statement clarifies the reality of what we have experienced so far.

1. our check process was pretty easy and the bell person took our luggage and shorted us. He would show us the way to our room. I would say honestly that was very professional. 2. The same evening we went for a very late dinner or a midnight snack. I asked one of the server how do I cut this bread? He gave me a very dirty towel and I even took this towel to the front desk and I made a complaint to them that honestly was not ever addressed later by any management. 3. The same night I requested two pillows and a cover that was not for filled by the front desk. 4. Next morning we woke up to eat breakfast and the breakfast was great and they had a lot of selections to choose from. I simply went to the bar to ask for a glass of ice, the server told me sorry this ice is only for liquor. I thought that interaction was very unprofessional. 5. when we went to the beach, there were zero lifeguards and later on the day there was one lifeguard that showed up, but he was too busy on his phone and smoking cigarettes and looking at guests in an unprofessional way and I think honestly he gets too close for comfort and his interactions are also with his hands and it’s very verbal and he made me and my wife feel uncomfortable and also multiple guests. But out of the whole day, he could just leave his station and go and come as he pleases and as a matter of fact, most of the day he is not there so please keep a eye out for your kids. 6. next day, I had a very serious injury. I had a glass that belonged to the hotel injured me at what they claim is a public beach the lifeguard that watches that beach belonged to the hotel so I believe that part of the hotel beach, even though they claim it’s public, it is managed by the hotel The incident was I got a very very deep cut about 10 stitches on my feet. The first thing they done was there was a server that gave me some napkin to control the bleeding cause I was bleeding nonstop after 15 or 20 minutes. The nurse came she applied disinfectant and also wrapped it generously well as you can see from the photos at this point I thought there’s someone from management supposed to come and see who’s the guest that been injured to and to continue seeking medical attention for my injury I find that extremely unprofessional they had to put me in the wheelchair and push me all the way to the nurses room we’re over there. There was a guest relation, person or lady and the first thing I thought she would say was let’s get you the medical attention you need, but she was telling me we are not responsible for this injury as I was still bleeding with the bandage on nonstop. Their priority is definitely not your safety. The ambulance was called after some serious negotiation, but at that point I wanted to take care of my wound. I got in the ambulance and before then I don’t know why it was not discussed of which hospital do I choose to go to they sent me to a private hospital where they wanted $1500 to stitch 10 stitches. I walked out of the hospital and went to a public hospital, which they went above and beyond to making sure that I’m OK and the service was great. The night of the incident, my wife went downstairs because she needed some bandage and some medical tape to change on the wound. All I could say is that they told her that I need to come downstairs so they could know what they need. They replied by we are not doctors apparently at that time my wound was exposed and I couldn’t leave my room and walk on 10 stitches mind you I’m on the fourth floor. after that, I called the front desk and I told him please can I have your first aid kit. The first reply was they don’t have one I told him there’s no way please send me your first aid kit. They refused and they told me come downstairs I told him I cannot then I hanged up the phone accomplishing nothing after 30 minutes. I called again and I spoke to a kinder person that says we will be there about person came with some bandage and some medical tape and he took care of me care me which was much appreciated.
