This is one of the biggest hotels we've stayed in by far. It has multiple buildings with rooms, swimming pools, restaurants and a beautiful garden. Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was decent and they had good coffee. The room itself was great although with a dated decor but I guess that's the vibe they must be going for. All in all we had a great stay at Hotel Asia Fergana.
One star, because of a lack of service and theft. My son forgot his shirt on the chair in the room when we left for the nextbdestination. Reporting it the same day, the hotel said they didn’t find it. I didn’t get an email confirmation at all after asking for it. For me, that’s a 4 star hotel unworthy.
Avoid staying here at all costs. Despite booking online, the check in was a mess. The hotel concierge demanded more money than the fee online, essentially swindling us out of an additional $50 and refusing to let us stay in the room we had booked. In addition, the room we were initially given was dirty, with beds unmade and covered in other people's clothing. The workers are unnecessarily rude and difficult to deal with. I suggest staying literally anywhere else because this is also the most expensive hotel in all of fergana.
